It is CyberDiamond’s belief that it is important to support or volunteer in the community and even nationally. We have become involved with two organizations
Nationally;
we cannot thank our Veterans enough for our freedoms. So many lives
have been lost, and so many more destroyed.
SOS Support Our Soldiers, Inc.
has been helping our Veterans with
special needs. President Valerie Halaby works hard in getting a
volunteer staff to run fundraising events along with their Tony Award
winning spokesperson, Ben Vereen. They have been working on the
2nd Annual Veterans Day 24 Hour Web TV Broadcast Live on SOS
Military TV. CyberDiamond
will assist in the Live Web Streaming of the show, as well as,
organizing production segments, graphic work, website design,
maintenance and hosting at reduce fees.
Locally,
we enjoy the theatre and with the economic downturn theatres across
the country were the first hit and hit hard. Many of them
folded and became abandoned. Others like the
Mariam and Robert Hayes Performing Arts Center, a beautiful
newer 348 seat theatre in Blowing Rock, NC has suspended shows and
added a repositioning team to re-organize itself financially.
CyberDiamond
has volunteered as the IT Department, by donating equipment,
software and tech support. We also helped create
fundraising projects through Computer Series Lectures and possible a
Computer Reuse program that is currently in the works.
